Amanda Sorensen Confirmed for Drift GP at Pukekohe Park Raceway

International drifting standout, Amanda Sorensen, has been officially announced as the next international driver to join the Drift GP lineup at Pukekohe Park Raceway NZ, set to take place on 15 February 2026.

Sorensen will line up alongside a formidable group of drivers, including Saxon Moyes, Darren Kelly, Cole Armstrong, and Lauri Heinonen. 

Amanda Sorensen made history in 2024 by being the first woman to claim a Formula Drift podium finish, with her second-place finish in Pro Spec class at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park for Round 2 of their season.

The Drift GP at Pukekohe Park Raceway on 15 February 2026 is a must-see motorsport event, bringing world-class drifting talent together on one of the planet’s most legendary circuits.

Stepping into a familiar chassis, Amanda will be sharing Aaron Habib’s Mac Civil 900HP BMW F32. This car boasts a 2JZ with an HGT 5-speed sequential gear box.
